Ordering Your Sweet Treats

Small Orders
Orders can be placed by phone, email, or via our website enquiry form. Please allow up to 48 hours for a response to online enquiries.

Custom Cakes, Wedding Cakes & Large Orders
For larger or bespoke orders, we recommend contacting Monica directly to discuss your requirements. Availability is limited, and popular dates can book well in advance.

Collection & Delivery

Collection

Orders may be collected from:

Arnot Cottage – The Annex
Auchmuirbridge
Kinross-shire
KY6 6JD

Delivery

Delivery may be available within selected areas for an additional charge. Please enquire when placing your order.

Payment Terms

Deposits

A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure all orders.

Large orders placed at short notice may require a 50% non-refundable deposit before work begins.

Final Payment

The remaining balance must be paid no later than 48 hours before collection or delivery.

Accepted payment methods:

✔ Cash
✔ Bank Transfer (BACS)
✔ Card Payments (via Invoice)

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled up to 72 hours before collection or delivery.

Unfortunately, cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled date are non-refundable due to preparation and ingredient costs already incurred.

Approved refunds may be subject to an administration fee.

Order Changes

Changes to standard orders are accepted up to 72 hours before collection or delivery.

Changes to wedding cakes, celebration cakes, and other bespoke orders should be requested at least 14 days in advance.

While we will always do our best to accommodate changes, availability of flavours, decorations, and ingredients cannot be guaranteed at short notice.

Collection & Transport

We take great pride in every order we create.

Customers are encouraged to inspect their order at collection. Once an order has been accepted and leaves our premises, responsibility for its care, transport, storage, and setup passes to the customer.

Monica's Cake Co. Ltd cannot accept responsibility for damage occurring after collection or delivery has been completed.

Quality & Satisfaction

Customer satisfaction is extremely important to us.

If you have concerns regarding the quality of your order, please contact us as soon as possible. In some cases, we may request that a portion of the product be returned for inspection so that concerns can be properly assessed.

Any issues will be reviewed fairly and individually.

Artistic Design Disclaimer

Every cake, cupcake, brownie, donut, and baked item is handcrafted.

While we welcome inspiration photographs and design ideas, all finished products are subject to Monica's artistic interpretation and baking style.

We cannot guarantee an exact replica of another baker's work, but we will always strive to create something beautiful, unique, and memorable.
