Originally from Las Vegas, Nevada, Monica relocated in 2009, carrying with her generations of treasured baking traditions, now reimagined with a modern twist.

Formerly known as Cups ‘N’ Cakes by Monica, established in 2012, our rebrand marks an exciting new chapter—while staying true to everything our customers already love: big flavours, quality ingredients, and unforgettable bakes.
